Rat Anti-Human GM-CSF

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
The monoclonal antibodies BVD2-23B6 and BVD2-21C11 are specific for human granulocyte/ macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), a 22 kDa glycoprotein that is produced by macrophages, T cells, fibroblasts and endothelial cells that are activated by products such as IL-1 or TNF. GM-CSF supports the formation of blast cells that differentiate into various lineages and is a growth factor for endothelial cells, erythroid cells, megakaryocytes and T cells.
