Rat Anti-Human IL-3

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
The monoclonal antibodies BVD8-3G11 and BVD3-1F9 are specific for human Interleukin-3 (IL-3), a 20-32 kDa hematopoietic growth factor that is also known as multi- CSF. IL-3 is produced by activated T cells, mast cells and eosinophils. IL-3 stimulates hematopoietic cell differentiation leading to the colony formation of erythroid, megakaryocyte, granulocyte, macrophage, basophil, neutrophil, eosinophil, mast cell and monocytic lineages.
