Rat Anti-Human IL-7

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
The monoclonal antibodies BVD10-40F6 and BVD10-11C10 are specific for human Interleukin-7 (IL-7), a 20-28 kDa glycoprotein that is derived from spleen, bone marrow and thymic stromal cells. IL-7 is a growth factor for progenitor B cells and T cells. IL-7 has also been shown to stimulate mature T cells and promote the production of active antigen-specific cytotoxic T cells and lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cells.
