Rat Anti-Mouse IL-5

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
The monoclonal antibodies TRFK5 and TRFK4 are specific for mouse Interleukin-5 (IL- 5), a 15-20 kDa T cell-derived glycoprotein that is also known as eosinophil differentiation factor (EDF), B cell growth factor II (BCGFII) and T cell replacing factor (TRF). IL-5 stimulates the differentiation and activation of eosinophils and acts as a growth and differentiation factor for B cells.
