Rat Anti-Mouse IL-17

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
The monoclonal antibodies TC11-8H4 and TC11-18H10 are specific for mouse Interleukin-17 (IL-17), a 15-18 kDa T cell derived cytokine that is also known as cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 8 (CTLA-8). The biologic activities of IL-17 include stimulating epithelial cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts to secrete the cytokines IL-6, IL-8 and G-CSF and enhancing the expression of ICAM-1.
