 Rat Anti-Mouse IgA

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
The monoclonal antibody 11-44-2 reacts with the α heavy chain of mouse IgA. It does not react with IgM, IgD, or IgG. The antibody can be used as a primary staining reagent for detection of membrane-bound and intracytoplasmic IgA, and as a capture or detection antibody in ELISA. This antibody has not been tested for immunohistochemical applications or as an immunoprecipitation reagent.
