Rat Anti-Mouse Kappa

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
The monoclonal antibody 187.1 reacts with κ light chains. It does not react with immunoglobulins bearing λ light chains. The antibody is useful as a primary staining reagent for detection of membrane-bound and intracytoplasmic immunoglobulin with κ type light chains. It is also an excellent second step reagent for use in flow cytometry and ELISA.
