Rat Anti-Mouse Lambda

ANTIGEN DESCRIPTION
The monoclonal antibody JC5-1 reacts with λ light chains. It does not react with immunoglobulins bearing κ light chains. The antibody is useful as a primary staining reagent for detection of membrane-bound and intracytoplasmic immunoglobulin with λ type light chains. It is also an excellent second step reagent for use in flow cytometry and ELISA.

NOTE: *SpectralRedTM (SPRD) is a tandem conjugate of R-phycoerythrin and CYTM5. It was developed as a reagent for 3-color flow cytometry on instruments with only 488 nm excitation source. It requires minimal (0-2%) FL2/FL3 compensation.
