Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date. All payments, regardless
of the method of payment, must be made in US dollars. Prices are subject
to change without notice.
Payment Methods
We gladly accept payment by company check, credit card, or bank wire.
We reserve the right to charge back to the customer any bank charges related
to returned checks, foreign currency translation or wire transfers.
Company checks should be made payable to SouthernBiotech and mailed to
the following address: P.O. Box 26221, Birmingham, AL 35260-0221 (USA).
When paying by Credit Card, please provide the following information:
Type of Credit Card, Name of Card Holder, Credit Card Number, 3-digit Verification Code and Expiration
Date. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

International customers who are unable to make payment by bank wire
or credit card are required to make payment by certified check or irrevocable
letter of credit drawn in our favor with a US bank. If you wish to make
other payment arrangements, please contact
our Accounting Department.
