  • FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse Kappa-AF555 (SB Cat. No. 1050-32).
  • Human pancreatic carcinoma cell line MIA PaCa-2 was stained with Mouse Anti-Cytokeratin 18-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10085-01; right) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse Kappa-AF555 (SB Cat. No. 1050-32) and DAPI.

FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse Kappa-AF555 (SB Cat. No. 1050-32).
 

Human pancreatic carcinoma cell line MIA PaCa-2 was stained with Mouse Anti-Cytokeratin 18-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10085-01; right) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse Kappa-AF555 (SB Cat. No. 1050-32) and DAPI.
