  • Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human IgM-FITC (SB Cat. 2022-02) and Mouse Anti-Human CD19-PE (SB Cat. No. 9340-09).
  • FLISA plate was coated with purified human IgM, IgG, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human IgM-FITC (SB Cat. No. 2022-02).

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human IgM-FITC (SB Cat. 2022-02) and Mouse Anti-Human CD19-PE (SB Cat. No. 9340-09).
 

FLISA plate was coated with purified human IgM, IgG, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human IgM-FITC (SB Cat. No. 2022-02).
