  • CD19+ human B-lymphocytes were stained with Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human Lambda, Mouse ads-FITC (SB Cat. 2073-02) and Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human Kappa-PE (SB Cat. No. 2062-09).

FLISA plate was coated with purified human IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human Lambda, Mouse ads-FITC (SB Cat. No. 2073-02).
