ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA and human, rat, hamster, goat, sheep, rabbit, chicken, guinea pig, horse, and bovine serum. Immunoglobulins and sera were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Multi-Species SP ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 1038-01) followed by Mouse Anti-Goat IgG Fc-HRP (SB Cat. No. 6158-05).
