  • Frozen newborn mouse cartilage sections were blocked with Normal Rabbit Serum (SB Cat. No. 0040-01) and stained with Mouse Anti-Collagen Type II-UNLB (right) followed by Rabbit F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 6125-08), Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02), DAPI, and mounted with Fluoromount-G® Anti-Fade (SB Cat. No. 0100-35).

Frozen newborn mouse cartilage sections were blocked with Normal Rabbit Serum (SB Cat. No. 0040-01) and stained with Mouse Anti-Collagen Type II-UNLB (right) followed by Rabbit F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Human ads-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 6125-08), Streptavidin-FITC (SB Cat. No. 7100-02), DAPI, and mounted with Fluoromount-G® Anti-Fade (SB Cat. No. 0100-35).
