  • FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rat Anti-Mouse Kappa-PE (SB Cat. No. 1180-09L).

BALB/c mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse Kappa-PE (SB Cat. No. 1180-09L) and Rat Anti-Mouse CD19-FITC (SB Cat. No. 1575-02).
 

FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rat Anti-Mouse Kappa-PE (SB Cat. No. 1180-09L).
