  • CD19+ human B-lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human Kappa-APC (SB Cat. No. 9230-11) and Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human Lambda, Mouse ads-FITC (SB Cat. No. 2073-02).
  • FLISA plate was coated with purified human IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Human Kappa-APC (SB Cat. No. 9230-11).

CD19+ human B-lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human Kappa-APC (SB Cat. No. 9230-11) and Goat F(ab’)2 Anti-Human Lambda, Mouse ads-FITC (SB Cat. No. 2073-02).
 

FLISA plate was coated with purified human IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Human Kappa-APC (SB Cat. No. 9230-11).
