  • Spleen, brain, and lung tissues from wild type (+/+) and homozygous Limk2 (-/-) mutant mice were resolved by electrophoresis, transfered to PVDF membrane, and probed with anti-LIMK2 followed by Goat Anti-Rat IgG(H+L), Mouse ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 3050-05) and chemiluminescent detection.
