  • Human carcinoma cell line HEp-2 was stained with Mouse Anti-Cytokeratin 18-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10085-01; right) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2b, Human ads-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 1090-30) and DAPI.
  • FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2b, Human ads-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 1090-30).

Human carcinoma cell line HEp-2 was stained with Mouse Anti-Cytokeratin 18-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 10085-01; right) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2b, Human ads-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 1090-30) and DAPI.
 

FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG2b, Human ads-AF488 (SB Cat. No. 1090-30).
