  • ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA and human IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rabbit F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 6125-01) followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (SB Cat. No. 4030-05).

ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA and human IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rabbit F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), Human ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 6125-01) followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (SB Cat. No. 4030-05).
