  • ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgA1, IgA2, IgD, IgG, and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Human IgA1-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 9130-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1070-05).

ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgA1, IgA2, IgD, IgG, and IgM. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Human IgA1-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 9130-01) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 1070-05).
