  • ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rabbit F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 6120-01) followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), Mouse/Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 4050-05).

ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Rabbit F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 6120-01) followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), Mouse/Human ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 4050-05).
