Description The monoclonal antibody NIMR-4 reacts specifically with a non-polymorphic I-A-encoded epitope on MHC Class II antigens. Class II antigens are predominantly expressed on antigen-presenting cells including B lymphocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and certain epithelial cells.
