  • ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgG, IgM, and IgA, cynomolgus IgG, and rhesus IgG. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Human IgG, Monkey ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 2049-01) followed by Swine Anti-Goat IgG(H+L), Human/Rat/Mouse SP ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 6300-05).

ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgG, IgM, and IgA, cynomolgus IgG, and rhesus IgG. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Human IgG, Monkey ads-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 2049-01) followed by Swine Anti-Goat IgG(H+L), Human/Rat/Mouse SP ads-HRP (SB Cat. No. 6300-05).
